These on-line seminars are offered in interactive asynchronous format through one of our trusted technology partners. All sessions are facilitated by one or more of FA Experts' highly skilled and experienced faculty. You'll have the benefit of our great instructors and course content, but can work at your own pace at times that are convenient for your schedule. Anticipated Availability Dates for On-Line Training Seminars:Anticipated June 2013: This course is designed to examine the fundamentals of law and regulation, and of the enforcement process. More importantly, this course provides tools for School Directors, Chief Financial Officers, Enrollment Managers, and Financial Aid staff to develop and build compliant practices that don’t interfere with effective operations, customer service or institutional goals.
Anticipated December 2013: This course helps interpret many of these rules and regulations, and prepares School Directors, other management staff and faculty to recognize “compliance” as an institutional responsibility, rather than solely a “financial aid office" obligation. This will help institutions build a “culture of compliance” and allow for better teamwork and cooperation on this critical issue.
Anticipated December 2013: This course is designed to help bring financial aid professional staff “up to speed” on the Director’s position, and assist a newly promoted director to quickly become an effective and trusted member of the management team at any institution. Further, for those that aren’t a Financial Aid Director yet, but would like to be; this course can help prepare staff to take the next career step. This course is also highly beneficial to staff who have the responsibility of supervising the Financial Aid Director.
